Shrimp stuffing over opakapaka
Aloha, got a nice opakapaka and filletted the sucker. I then made some shrimp stuffing with some wasabi mayo and broiled the fish. Squeezed a little sweet lime on it and had a wonderful fish dinner. Keep warm over there. Opakapaka is a deep water pink snapper. Never met a snapper I didn't like, Mems.

med kit
Mike, that is a pretty pricey med kit. Just get a $15 one from walmart and don't let the hook go past the barb and you should be ok in most instances. Mems.

Howzit, tonight we had smoked stuffed mahi. I played hooky yesterday and went offshore. We got some ahi and some aku, yellow fin and skipjack tuna respectively. We went by a log and got a nice mahi. biscuits and gravy
Aloha, this is my favorite cheap breakfast while trout fishing on the mainland. I wish someone would turn the locals on to this over here, I should make it with portuguese sausage gravy, they might go for that. Yum, cheap, sticks to your ribs and makes getting out of the tent worth it. Mems.
